An event needs an active resale rule for each ticket type that holders may release. You can give seat and parking tickets different rules and validity periods. The event also controls when released tickets become available for online sale.

Assign a resale rule
Open the Event details and select Ticket Release. In Ticket Release Rules, select Add. Choose Seats or Parkings, then select a rule that supports that ticket type. Set Valid From and Valid Until if the rule should apply only during a particular period. Select Save.
Add another assignment for the other ticket type if needed. You can edit an assignment by selecting its rule name. To remove one, open it and choose Actions >> Delete.
Review validity periods
The active rule is determined by the current date and time. Assignments for the same ticket type cannot overlap. If a period has no applicable rule, holders cannot release that ticket type during the gap. Check the gap warning in the assignment list and adjust the periods as needed.
Set the online sale start
On the same Ticket Release tab, set Released Ticket Online Sale From. This controls when released tickets are offered for online sale. It is separate from the rule's validity period, which controls when a holder may release a ticket.
