Releasing a ticket and selling it again are separate events. Credit the ticket holder only after the released ticket has been resold. The event's payout view shows which tickets are eligible.

Review resale activity
Open the Event details and select Ticket Release. The figures at the top show released tickets, resold tickets, the resale amount, completed payouts, and pending payouts. In Ticket Release Payouts, check each ticket's status. A released ticket that has not sold again is not ready for payout.
Select eligible payouts
Select the checkboxes beside the resold tickets you want to pay out. You can also select the eligible tickets for one account or all eligible tickets shown in the list. Tickets that cannot yet be paid out have no selectable checkbox.
Confirm the payout
Select Payout. Review the number of tickets and total amount in the confirmation, then confirm. iXpole credits the applicable amount to each ticket holder's wallet and marks the payout as completed.
Note
Payouts are available only after the event has started and only for an event in the active season. A ticket already paid out cannot be selected again.
