If your organisation offers resale, you can release an eligible seat or parking Ticket from VIP Portal. The amount you may receive is shown before you confirm.

Let's get you started

Open your tickets in VIP Portal and select the ticket you want to offer. Choose the resale option. Review the amount shown for that ticket, then confirm the release if you agree.

Only valid tickets covered by a currently active event rule can be released. A ticket cannot be released twice. If no resale option or amount appears, contact the event organiser.

Note

After release, the ticket can no longer be used for entry. Release does not mean the ticket has already sold. The event organiser credits the amount to your wallet only after resale.
