If your organisation offers resale, you can release an eligible seat or parking Ticket in VIP Portal. You see the proposed wallet amount before confirming. Hospitality linked to a seat may have its own compensation rule.

Open the Calendar Item in VIP Portal and go to your tickets. Select the seat or parking ticket you want to offer, then choose its resale action. Review the quote for the ticket and any linked hospitality. Confirm only if you agree with the amounts.

The ticket must be valid, not already released, and covered by a currently active rule for its section. Hospitality compensation requires a matching hospitality rule for its location. If no rule applies to linked hospitality, it is cancelled without compensation when the seat is released. If the resale action is unavailable, contact the organiser.

Note After release, the ticket cannot be used for entry, downloaded or distributed. Releasing a ticket does not mean it has sold. The ticket amount becomes payable only after resale; eligible hospitality compensation can be paid before the ticket sells.
