Ticket resale must be enabled before you can configure rules or offer tickets for resale. Your organisation can also provide a link to its resale policy in VIP Online.

Let's get you started

Open Admin >> Modules. Under Tickets, turn on Resale. The Resale tab then appears under Admin >> Tickets, and the Ticket Release tab appears on event details.

If your organisation uses a resale policy, open Admin >> VIP Online and enter its link in Resale Policy. Save the setting before ticket holders begin releasing tickets.

Next, configure the ticket resale rules and assign a rule to each relevant event.
