Your organisation needs the Resale module enabled before administrators can configure rules and holders can offer tickets. An iXpole operator activates the module. Add your organisation's resale policy link in VIP Online before holders start using resale.

1. Ask your iXpole operator to activate the Resale module.
   
2. Open Admin >> VIP Online, enter the policy URL in Resale Policy, and save the setting.
   
3. Configure resale rules and assign them to the relevant Calendar Items.
