By centralizing all customer journey related data in iXpole, iXpole makes this data available to any person, medium or device at any time. The VIP Desk is such a device: it is a standard (Zebra or other) access control scanner on which the VIP Desk Android app is installed.
The VIP Desk is designed specifically to make the life of your hospitality personnel easier, enhance their efficiency and optimize organizational aspects of reception, flow and access control. Instead of having to look up information in endless or outdated lists, iXpole's ticket scan provides all necessary and desired information, wetter it be ticketing information, hospitality information or upsell delivery information: all will be revealed via the VIP Desk Android app on your scanning device to your hospitality personnel by simply scanning the ticket.
If you'ld like to use the iXpole VIP Desk app, you have to take the following steps:
- Order the VIP Desk hardware: Zebra TC210K-01B212-A6 (no SIM) or the Zebra TC26BK-11B212-A6 (SIM)
- Unboxing the Reader and its primary configuration
- Install the iXpole VIP Desk app
- Configure the iXpole VIP Desk app and start scanning
- Configure the iXpole VIP Desk app for administrators
