Contextual Planning is planning info that can be communicated to the VIPs on the Ticket, the VIP Portal (and potentially iXpole emails).

There are 3 types of Contextual Planning Info that can be configured in iXpole.

iXpole will apply a decision hierarchy to determine which Info is displayed on the different channels.
