The ticket is an essential part of the customer journey. Even more so in the VIP hospitality business.
Your customers invite their relations to the event, so it is very likely that you don't know every VIP attending your event.
On the one hand you are going a long way to personalise the entire experience for the VIP's. On the other hand, you don't know every attendee. So how to inform this person about what to expect and offer him the best possible customer journey?
In iXpole it is possible to foresee a detailed planning of the event, which is contextual. This planning can be shown on the Ticket and/or on the VIP Online
After reading this article you'll understand how iXpole determines which Planning Info to show to the VIP, depending on the context of the VIP.
Let's get you started.
Whenever you want to show the Planning Info to a VIP, iXpole will first analyse the context of the VIP and show the Planning Info related to his context. this is why we use the Type of Planning
When iXpole has to show the Planning Info (on a ticket or on the VIP Online) iXpole will always verify first if the ticket has a Hospitality Formula linked to it.
(This is a logical step, since timings associated with Hospitality Formulas will always be different from timings of people who will only attend the match and not enjoy any Hospitality)
Below Graph shows the order in which iXpole determines which Planning to display
As you can see, the hierarchy is between the two concepts is quite complex. It is therefore essential to correctly configure iXpole to benefit maximally from these features.
The Ticketinfo is independent of Planning Info and Type of Planning. It is just an option to show specific information on all tickets for a specific event.
