iXpole is a sales automation tool. It registers all sales and thus also knows what has to be invoiced to whom and when. But iXpole is not an invoicing system

In this article we'll provide an overview of the steps you have to take to make sure your customers receive your invoices

Let's get you started

iXpole is not an invoicing system, but it does contain all data related to sales and thus invoicing. So you need to ensure the data from iXpole is transmitted to your invoicing software, and vice versa.

Everything described in this article can be fully automated through an integration between iXpole and your invoicing software. Please contact your iXpole account manager to discuss the options.

There are 3 steps to properly exchanging invoicing and payment data between iXpole and your invoicing system:

  1. Create invoices based on the iXpole instalments
  2. Update the invoice information in iXpole
  3. Update the payment information in iXpole
