Though it can be fully personalised using your own style elements, the welcome page of the VIP Portal will always consist of the same components.

After reading this article you should be able to find your way around the VIP Portal welcome page.

Let’s get you started

The VIP Portal welcome page content will depend on the information that is supplied by the back-office.

We can discern 3 different areas.

1. The background

The background can be personalised with a picture. This can be done in the Back-Office.Back-Office.

2. The customer interaction area

If there are events for which the user has the right to buy or manage tickets, they will be displayed in this area. They are shown in the form of Cards. One Card per event.

Right above the event Cards there is an area where you can display some sort of welcome message. This message can be set in the Back-Office.  The name will be personalised but the message will be the same for all End Users

Note that this area can be personalised or configured according to your needs. Both the Cards as well as the colour scheme can be modified.

Per event the VIP Portal will show key data, like the name, the date and time and whatever rights you have (tickets, parking, hospitality) for this event.

Depending on the settings, the event Card might also show 2 buttons.

In the top right corner of the customer interaction area you will see the email address that you use to log on to the VIP Portal.

3. Contextual messaging

It is possible for the operator of the iXpole system to use the VIP Portal to post messages to all or a selection of the VIP Portal users.

These messages can appear in different forms with different characteristics
