The settings related to an iXpole Account are stored in the iXpole Back-Office. The VIP Portal just provides another channel to access this data.

  • The iXpole Back-Office user can update the Account data through the iXpole Back-Office interface
  • A VIP Portal user, if he has the proper rights, can access the same data via the VIP Portal. Any update to this data will be registered directly in the Back-Office. The VIP Portal is merely another channel to access the data in the Back-Office.

In this article we will explain the different types of Account data that can be edited through the VIP Portal

Let’s get you started

When you click on Accounts in the personal preferences menu in the top-right corner (by clicking on your userID (email address)), the system will show you a page with all your Account Settings.

Click on Account

On the Account Settings overview (right side of the page) you will be able to edit 3 types of data.

Profile picture

Image Placeholder 

You can set a picture to symbolise this company. E.g. a logo

General Info

Image Placeholder

This is where you can log general info related to the Account, such as Name, Alternative name, …

In the back-office you can configure even more data.

Commercial Info

This is where you can log more commercial info related to the Account, such as the Registration number or the name you want to see appear on the tickets, …

 

Whenever you make a change, don’t forget to Save (button in the bottom-right corner)
