The VIP Portal allows your partners and VIP to assign Hospitality Formulas to each guest in full autonomy.

Let's get you started
Once you are on the Tickets management page, open up a Ticket by clicking on the small pen on the top right corner.
Then click on
Order hospitality
, which will then lead you to the Hospitality order section of the VIP Portal.Click on
Next
until you reach the Confirmation page. Once there, validate your order and the Hospitality Formula is automatically assigned to the ticket. You can then Assign a guest to a ticket if it hasn't been done yet.
