One of the objectives of the VIP Portal is
to allow you to push your customers as much as possible to self-service. Both
parties will see their efficiency increase.
In the
iXpole VIP Self-Service portal you can allow your customers to consult their
order history with you. If the pdf’s of the invoices are available in the Back-Office,
it is even possible to show the invoices which are linked to specific orders.

Let's get you started
On the VIP Portal click on the
userID
(email
address) in the top-right corner of your screen.Click on
Accounts
In the left
menu click on
Orders
On the
right-side next to the menu you will see an overview of all the orders logged
in the system for this specific Account.
You can
select a specific season from the drop-down list or search a specific order
using the search bar.
