1. How do I log in to my iXpole environment?

Read this article to find out how you log in to your iXpole environment (for the first time).

2. I forgot my password. What do I do?

At iXpole's login-screen, under the Sign in button you can see a link "Troubles signing in?". Click on it.

Click on the link "Troubles signing in?" and you will be redirected to an internet page where you can enter your e-mail address (see illustration below). Enter your e-mail address and click "forgot password". Check your e-mail inbox: you received an e-mail from iXpole with further instructions on how to reset your password. Note: the e-mail address you provide should be the e-mail address with which your account (and username) initially was created.

3. I forgot my username.
Have you already tried to enter your e-mail address in stead of your username? To be clear: you can use your e-mail address instead of your username in order to login. Note: the e-mail address you provide should be the e-mail address with which your account (and username) initially was created. Still no success? Ask your administrator to retrieve your username/e-mail address.

4. I can't generate a one-time password.
