At different points in the iXpole platform, a Back Office user or a VIP Portal User needs to be able to manage tickets. 
Managing tickets means:
  • Assign tickets to Guests
  • Download tickets
  • Print Tickets
  • Share tickets with Guests
  • ...
If you want to enable your customer, the Business Partner or Premium Customer to perform these actions you need to give him access to part of the iXpole platform to do so. 

Assigning tickets to Guests is to be done by your customer on his VIP Portal. In a next phase this will include an additional setup where your customer can first invite a Guest before the Guest is finally assigned to a ticket. 

Once the ticket has been assigned to a Guest, your customer needs to be able to make the ticket(s) available to the Invitee(s). 

The easiest way to do that is to send him a link to the Ticket Management Page

The Ticket Management Page is a web page where the Guest can see an overview of all tickets that you or your customer have shared with him. 

On this page he can decide to select one or more tickets and then select actions to be undertaken on those tickets: Download or Share
