If you want your Business Partner or Premium Customer to get access to his tickets and perform management actions on them, you will make his tickets available to him. Rather than sending the tickets to him, iXpole will make sure he gets a link to the Ticket Management Page.
By sending a link instead of the tickets themselves, we are sure messages don't get blocked because of size. But what information can be found on the Ticket Management Page?

The Ticket Management Page consists of 3 major parts:

1. Information related to the Calendar Item
2. The Ticket Overview
3. Action Buttons

 1. Information related to the Calendar Item
This section allows the Guest who received this link to see all information related to the Calendar Item: Name, Date, Time, Venue

2. The Ticket(s) Overview
In this section the Guest will get an overview of all the tickets that have been shared with him and the details related to his seating: stand, section, row, seat.
For tickets where there is no numbered seating (General Admission) the seating details will be a bit more limited.  
In this overview, the Guest can select the tickets on which he wants to perform an action. The checkbox will be checked or unchecked depending on whether the ticket has been selected or not. 

3. Action Buttons

There are 2 action buttons

DOWNLOAD

When you click on the action button Download, you will be given the option to download the selected tickets. Depending on the desktop or the mobile view, there are different options related to the download

SHARE

When you click on the action button Share, you will be given the option to share the selected tickets. There are 3 sharing options:

  • You can share the selected tickets by copying the link, which you can then paste anywhere else.
  • You can share the selected tickets using email. The system will open your default email client and will prepare a standard sharing message
  • You can share the selected tickets using Whatsapp. The system will open the Whatsapp client on your device and will prepare a standard sharing message
