Centralising all entitlements for a specific Account into one digitised Sale in iXpole, will not only give rise to automated processes, it will also store all this data in an organised matter into iXpole's database. As a consequence, this data can now be consulted by Users or other systems to automate or facilitate their tasks.
When you have read this article you will have a better understanding of what kind of other processes or systems can pull their data from iXpole to improve or automate their work
Let's get you started
As discussed before, iXpole will use the data stored in a Sale to automate a whole series of processes. But the information stored in a Sale can also be used for other systems or processes:
- Reporting
- Data exchange with external systems
- Invoice Document preparation
1. Reporting
Since the system registers all relevant information related to a Sale and the ensuing rights of the Account and ticketholder, all this information can be restructured digitally.
This allows a User to generate insightful dynamic Reports.
Every time something changes, the Reports will be updated accordingly. This is an automated process.
2. Data exchange with external systems
All the data stored in iXpole can be exchanged with external systems (in both directions) via API's. This is an automated process.
3. Invoice Document preparation
iXpole is not designed to generate and manage Invoice Documents. It does however, register every Sale with all relevant details. These details include: each Sales Line and its value, the different dates at which an Account is supposed to be invoiced and for what amount.
As a result, iXpole is perfectly able to generate reports or other methods of exchanging this data with external invoicing systems.
In that sense, iXpole will prepare all the work for an accountant or for the system the accountant uses.
