Contacts are the physical people representing the Accounts you work with and with whom you can interact on a daily basis. It is therefore important to keep track of their name but also the information related to them: phone number, email adresses, etc.
You can also manage the VIP Online rights at the Contact level in order to make sure that each of them has the correct rights on the platform assigned to them.
