Each organisation has its own vocabulary when it comes to the VIP experience. Which is why the VIP Portal texts can be personnalised for your own needs. 

You first need to click on VIP Portal >> Texts on the left bar. 

You now arrived to a page with different languages options:

Let's say that for this example, you want to replace the word Extra with Experience on the VIP Portal sales tunnel. 

Start by using the Search function on the top right of the page and type the word you want to replace. 

You are now met with the Search result. Type the word or sentence you want to display and click on Save at the bottom right. 

Your text is now updated
