Your account can easily set an upsell pick-up person at ticket level.  If upsell items are purchased, your people at the VIP Desk will be informed to whom they should give these items to.

Let's get you started

Go to the Tickets Managements page of any account.

By selecting a guest, the option 'Upsell pickup person' appears to set this guest as an upsell pickup person.

By setting a person as the upsell pickup person, the system will tell our VIP Desk application to show the information regarding the bought upsell items on the scanning device.
