It is possible to configure profile settings for
each VIP Portal user. They can be managed in the Back-Office by VIP
Portal users. But they can also be managed by the VIP Portal user
himself.
In this article we explain where you can find and
how you can configure the ‘Personal preferences’ on the VIP Portal.
Let’s
get you started
When you
click on Profile in the personal preferences menu in the top-right corner (by
clicking on your userID (email address), the system will show
you a page with all your Personal Preferences.
On the left
side you will see the personal preferences.
Setting
your personal preferences is very straightforward.
- First name, Last name, Email address,
Phone are fields that can be edited
- You can indicate a gender using
radio buttons
- You can select your language form a dropdown list.
