It is possible to configure profile settings for each VIP Portal user (End User). They can be managed in the Back-Office by Users. But they can also be managed by the End User user himself.

In this article we explain where you can find and how you can configure the ‘Communication preferences’ on the VIP Portal

Let’s get you started

When you click on Profile in the personal preferences menu in the top-right corner (by clicking on your userID (email address)), the system will show you a page with all your Personal Preferences.

On the right side you will see the Communication Preferences.

Setting your communication preferences is very straightforward.

There are 2 settings: informational mails and commercial mails.

The text on the VIP Portal is self-explanatory. 

You can either check or uncheck each of the 2 options.


Whenever you make a change, don’t forget to Save (button in the bottom-right corner)
