Passwords are encrypted when they are stored in iXpole. Not even iXpole employees or programmers can get access to passwords.

As a result the password reset procedure is the same no matter how you initiate it.

There are 2 ways to initiate a password reset for the VIP Portal.

You can either select the Forgot password option on the logon screen

Or you can click on Reset Password button in the Profile Settings screen on the VIP Portal.

Both actions will trigger iXpole to send you an account activation email. Follow the instructions to set your password.
