The bigger the Account the higher the probability that they have different offices, hence different addresses. iXpole allows you to create multiple addresses linked to one account. They can be managed in the Back-Office, but also in the VIP Portal, provided that the user of the VIP Portal has the proper rights.

On the VIP Portal click on the userID (email address) in the top-right corner of your screen.
Click on Accounts
In the left menu click on Addresses

On the left side of the menu, the system will show an overview of different address cards.


Searching for an address

On the top of the screen you’ll find a search bar.

As you type in more characters, the search engine will instantly reflect this change in its search results.

If you want to cancel the search, delete all characters in the search bar.


Adding an address
Click on the Add address button on the right upper side of the overview.

You will be shown an address Card, which can be edited. Make sure to click Save at the end of your operation.

Editing an existing address
If you want to modify a specific address, locate the address Card and click on the Pencil in the top-right corner of the Card.

Removing an address
When you are in the Edit Address menu, click on the Action button and click on Delete.
