Seats are the basis of a sale in iXpole. Without a seat, you have no ticket and therefore no access to the stadium.
In this article we will teach you how to populate the sections with seats.
Let's get you started.
Select the section for which you want to create seats and click on
Populate at the Products line to fill this section with seats.Step 1/3 : Select the Venue plan for which you want to create seats and click

Step 2/3: Fill in the product code if applicable. If you do not fill it in, the system will automatically use A000001 as the product code. If you don't want these seats to be counted in the capacity calculation you must deactivate this option and click

Step 3/3: Fill in the first row by entering the seat number and fill in the quantity of seats for this row. Click on
Add if you want to add more rows to this section or click on Create when you are finished..gif)
As soon as iXpole has finished creating the seats, you will see the created seats appear in the Section under Products.
If you go back to the venue plan, you will see that the section is filled with seats which you have just created.
