There are several entrances to a venue.  You can divide a stand into different sections and each stand or section can have its own entrance and exit.  Each entrance can have its own scanning facility.  You can configure it in such a way that each section has a separate entrance.  Accounts that have seats in a particular stand will enter through their own entrance.  To make sure everyone enters through the right entrance, you can specify the entrance on the ticket.

Click on Calendar -> Venue in the left-side vertical main menu and select the right venue plan.

If you want to configure an entrance for a section you should first select the section for which you want to configure an entrance.  After you have selected the section you can fill in an entrance in the Ticket Info area.  The entrance is now linked on Section level.

If you want to configure an entrance for a stand you should first select the stand for which you want to configure an entrance.  The quickest way to get to stand level is to go through a section.  After you have selected the stand you can fill in an entrance in the Ticket Info area.  The entrance is now linked on Stand level.
