When you register a Sale in iXpole you are linking different data together.
In this article we will give you a brief overview of the information that is grouped in a Sale
Let's get you started
Below is a drawing that aims at explaining the importance of the sales registration process in iXpole.
By registering a Sale in iXpole you are grouping a lot of important information in a Sales record:
- Calendar: information related to the Calendar Items (games, events) your customer will be allowed to attend
- Customers: information related to your customer (his Account) that is necessary for the invoicing, the ticketing and other aspects
- Products: any Product (Seat, Parking, Incentive, Catalog Item) this Account is entitled to
- Hospitality: all information related to the Hospitality this Account is entitled to.
When you register a Sale in iXpole you actually group all this information digitally, so that iXpole knows exactly to for which Calendar Items an Account is entitled to certain Products or services.

By registering (in a Sale) that Account X is entitled to these 4 Seats, these 2 Parking spots, these specific Hospitality Formulas for these types of games (events) and that he is also entitled to Catalog products A & B for this season and next season, you put the system in a position to automate a whole series of actions.
The result is that
- You no longer have to maintain lists with all this information as it is stored in iXpole
- iXpole will automatically perform a whole series of tasks that were very time consuming for you in the past
