Open a report with grouped columns. Expand a group to inspect its rows, or collapse it to keep only the header and subtotal visible. Nested groups show their own subtotals in the matching columns. The grand total remains at the bottom of the table.

In a Query Report, adding or changing a grouping collapses all groups. Expand only the groups you need. When you export the report to PDF, the export keeps the expanded and collapsed state shown on screen. The grouping state on screen remains the same after export.
