To put it very simply, a Product is anything you intend to "sell" to your business partners or customers.

Obviously every iXpole customer has a different modus operandi. As a consequence, Products in iXpole are a very generic concept. Every Product you created in iXpole can be configured to correspond to your specific way of working or your specific Product catalogue. 
 
There are different Categories of Products. in iXpole there are 2 types of Product categorisation:

  1. Categories pre-defined by iXpole, where the Products inherit the specific characteristics associated with this specific Category of Products
  2. Product Groups, created by you, the User of iXpole.
