The VIP Portal allows your partners and VIP to manage their tickets in an easy way. One of the most important feature is the possibility for them to invite their guests straight from the VIP Portal.
After reading this article, you will know how your partners can use the VIP Portal to invite their guests.
Let's get you started
After accessing the VIP Portal, you first need to click on My Tickets to go to the Tickets management page.
Note that the button text can be customised in theVIP Online
>>Texts
section. Therefore, it may differ in your environment.
You then have two possibilities:
Sending several Tickets to one person
Select the Tickets you want to send by simply clicking on them. Then click on
Send to one contact
. A window will open on the right which allows you to enter the email address and customise the default email text.
Sending Tickets to each guest
In this case, first click on the little pen on the top right of the Ticket.
A pop-up window will show up allowing you to select a previously registered guest or add a new one.
If you add a new guest, his/her information will be saved for future uses.
Once you have selected a guest, click
Save
.Select the tickets you want to send and click on
Send to Guests
to proceed with the email. Note that you can also choose the ticket and click on Set guest to choose an existing guest or create a new one.
