In a classic ticketing system, any type of hospitality service is directly linked to the price of the ticket. Typically, a higher priced ticket will entitle you to a better seat and a better catering option.

In iXpole Tickets and Hospitality services are two totally different concepts, each managed separately with their own characteristics. In iXpole you can link one or more Hospitality services to one Ticket

As it is possible to sell Tickets on a recurring basis under the form of Packs or Subscriptions. it is only logical that iXpole offers a similar mechanism to sell Hospitality services on recurring basis.

After reading this article you'll understand the concept of Hospitality Subscription and what it is used for.

Let's get you started.

A Hospitality Subscription is the concept that allows you to link recurring sales of Tickets (Packs or Subscriptions) to Hospitality Formulas. A Hospitality Subscription allows you to sell Hospitality Formulas on a recurring basis.

In iXpole it is possible to create different Hospitality Subscriptions. Hospitality Subscriptions are directly linked to Subscriptions or Packs. As a result, a business partner who has access to 10 different Events as part of his Subscription (or Pack), will automatically  be entitled to certain Hospitality Formulas, as configured for that Event.

One could e.g. create 3 types of Hospitality Subscriptions, in different price ranges: high, medium and low. Upon configuration of the Hospitality Formulas or Hospitality Packages for an Event, it is then up to the Event Organiser to decide which Hospitality Formulas (e.g. high, medium, low) will be linked to Which Hospitality Subscriptions
