When offering Hospitality services to your customers and their guests, you will most probably offer different types of services in different locations. iXpole allows you to take into account the configuration of your venue for these different services at different locations.

After reading this article you'll understand why it is possible to configure different Types of Hospitality Locations

Let's get you started

A Hospitality Location Type is a classification of Hospitality Locations

The concept of Hospitality Location Type was created to

  • Logically group Locations where different Hospitality Formulas can be offered
  • To have a means to ensure 2 Formulas of the same type (but served in different Locations) can not be linked to the same ticket
The easiest way to explain this is with an example.
Assume that you have:

  • 2 Hospitality Locations where you serve pre-event cocktails = Type 'Cocktail'
  • 3 Hospitality Locations where you serve catering = Type 'Catering'
  • 2 Hospitality Locations that are accessible for an after-event activity = Type 'After-event'
With iXpole you

  • can link a Hospitality Formula in each Type of Hospitality Location to 1 single ticket: e.g. 1 of type 'Cocktail' + 1 of type 'Catering' + 1 of type 'After-event' can be linked to 1 ticket
  • can not link 2 Hospitality Formulas linked to 1 type of Hospitality Location to 1 single ticket: e.g. 2 of type 'Cocktail' can not be linked to 1 ticket.
