In iXpole, a Hospitality Formula is the actual experience or service that you offer to the VIP in that specific Hospitality Location
Depending on the Event, it is possible that some of the Hospitality Formulas will be or not be available, or will be available in lesser quantities or at a different price.
Therefore, Hospitality Formulas will be configured per Event with specific characteristics for that Event.
Examples
One can imagine different sorts of Hospitality Formulas, each with their own value and/or availability. e.g.
- Some sort of catering service, like a 3 course menu, a buffet, a Michelin starred dinner, ...
- Some sort of specific experience, like a Museum tour, a backstage tour, presence in the players tunnel, ...
- Some sort of after event experience, like access to a bar, an after-party, ...
