When offering Hospitality services to your customers and their guests, you will most probably offer different types of services in different locations. iXpole allows you to take into account the configuration of your venue for these different services at different locations.

After reading this article you'll understand the concept of Hospitality Location and what it is used for.

Let's get you started.

A Hospitality Location is a (virtual) or physical location where you are offering different (types of) Hospitality services to your VIPs.

A typical Hospitality Location can be any of the following

  • A restaurant or other type of room (like a skybox or bar) where you offer catering related services
  • Another type of room where you offer other hospitality services, like a museum, a players tunnel, the president's lounge
  • Potentially even a 'virtual' location you create to offer specific services, like for instance a VIP backstage tour. For this type of service, there is no real location as it takes place in different areas of the venue.

Every Hospitality Location will be linked to specific Hospitality services per Event

One physical location in your venue can be configured as two or more different Hospitality Locations in iXpole. This is the case if you offer different Types of Hospitality Formulas in this location.

E.g. if one physical location is used to offer a pre-event cocktail and is afterwards converted to offer a post-event party.
