Occupancy rates are important to your catering crew because these numbers provide an indication of how many Hospitality Formulas have been sold and the number of places still available in a Hospitality Location. So the occupancy rate actually measures the ratio of sold Hospitality Formulas to the total of available Hospitality Formulas in your Hospitality Location. If you want to check how many Hospitality Formulas have been sold and how many free places there are in the Hospitality Location, you should check the occupation rate.
In this article we will explain to you where you can check the occupation rate of your Hospitality Location(s).
Let's get you started.
Under the
Hospitality
tab, in the left-side vertical main menu, the occupation rate can be found in the column Confirmed. Clicking on the number will take you to the Hospitality Result Report where you can find more detailed information about the people who have already booked a menu in your Hospitality Location(s).
