Configuring Hospitality Formulas for an Event is an important task. Make sure to understand all fields, so you can get the most out of iXpole and configure it to fully comply with you business needs.
In this article we will explain the 3 checkboxes at the top of the Hospitality Formula configuration sheet.
Here we go
- Active - this checkbox allows you ta activate/de-activate each Hospitality Formula separately. If it is not checked, the Hospitality Formula can not be sold. Not in the Back-office, not on the VIP Portal, and not on the VIP Booker
- Online - Check this if you want to sell this Hospitality Formula on the VIP Portal
It is not yet possible to sell Hospitality Formulas on the VIP Booker
- Only Info - If this is checked, the Hospitality Formula is shown on the VIP Online, but can not be sold. It is there for informational purposes only. This is an option that is used when you have for instance a very exclusive option that can only be reserved in person, but nonetheless, you want to make sure your customers are aware of its existence.
