Hospitality Subscriptions are used to sell Hospitality Formulas on a recurring basis. They need to be configured before you can start the sales of your Seat Subscriptions or Packs

In this article we will teach you how to create  a Hospitality Subscription.


Let's get you started.


Click on Hospitality in the left-side vertical main menu. The Hospitality Menu will open.
An overview of the Hospitality Subscriptions can be found in the bottom (right corner). If necessary scroll down the screen.

Click on Add; The Hospitality Subscriptions menu will open.
By default the Hospitality Subscription will be set to Active

Under Description, write the name you want to give to the Hospitality Subscription.

Catering Location in this menu should only be completed if you intend to allow your VIPs to reserve 'their' seats at a specific table for each Event.

Under BOM, you should configure the underlying products this Hospitality Subscription is composed of. Configuring the BOM of a Hospitality Subscriptions is done in the exact same way as the BOM configuration of Catalog Products configuration of Catalog Products.

When you are done, click Save.

You can now set the pricing of you Hospitality Subscription.
