Hospitality Packages can make your life easier when selling packaged or high volume Hospitality services.
In this article we will explain how the 2 different ways to create a Hospitality Package.

There are 2 different ways to create Hospitality Packages:
- Adding a Hospitality Package
- Importing Hospitality Packages from another Event
1. Adding a Hospitality Package
In the overview of Hospitality Packages for an Event, click on
Add
in the right top side of the overview.A Hospitality Package configuration form will open.
The mandatory fields to complete are:
- The Description: The name of the Hospitality Package that you want to show as title on the VIP Portal
- The Default Ticket Stage
You can further fine tune the configuration for this Hospitality Package by completing the remaining (non-mandatory) fields.
Click
Save
when you are done2. Importing a Hospitality Package from another Event
If you have a complex configuration for your Hospitality Packages, or a very wide selection of Hospitality Packages, you might not be interested in manually creating every Hospitality Package for every Event.
In that case there is an easier way. You can Import Hospitality Packages from other Events.
- In the overview of Hospitality Packages for an Event, click on
Import
in the right top side of the overview.
- A Hospitality Package import form will open, with a dropdown list with all Events in this Season for which Hospitality Packages have been configured.
- Select the desired Event in the dropdown list.
- iXpole will load all active Hospitality Packages for that Event. Select the ones you want to import and click on
Import
. The selected Hospitality Packages have now been imported from the other Event. - If necessary, you can further configure each of these Hospitality Packages.
