The Sales overview allows you to check the Sales linked to an Account in just a few clicks. 

After reading this article, you will be able to understand the Sales overview and how to find what you are looking for. 


Let's get you started


When clicking on the Sales tab, you can see the following:

This view shows you all the Sales linked to this Account for what you have defined as the current Season. 
You can scroll down if needed to have a look at all the Sales. 

Creating a Sale:

If you click on one of these tab, you can create a Sale:
  • For the entire Season by clicking on Season
  • For a single Event by clicking on Ticket

Looking up past Sales

As said previously, this view only shows the Sales from the current season. But you can search for past seasons Sales. 

For this, please click on Show complete list.

You can see the entire list of Sales for this Account, with the possibility to user Filters to search based on more precise criterias. E.g.:

  • Type: Season-based or Event-based
  • Status: Draft, or Final
  • Calendar Item
  • Etc.
