The Opportunities allows you to view the different deals past or present that are linked to an Account.
After reading this article, you will know to use Opportunities.
Let's get you started
When clicking on the Opportunities tab of an Account, the following screen shows up.

This view shows you the list of Opportunities, whether they are currently open and ongoing, or over (Lost or Won).
You can see the following information on each Opportunity card:
- Name: how do you call the deal
- Creation date
- The stage you are currently at
- The potential amount
- The percentage of success
The Stage Name, as well as the percentage of success linked to it are set information that you can configure.
Editing an Opportunity:
If you click on the Name, you can edit the Opportunity and the related information:

- Stage: this is where you can indicate the progress you made: new stage, won, or lost.
- Remarks: if you need any comment, you can do it here. We recommend that you use the Actions section if you need to write down all the interactions you had with the Account.
- Season: this is where you can indicate the potential, both in terms of Hospitality and Sponsoring of the Opportunity.
Adding an Opportunity:
If you click on
