If your organisation uses a website header or footer, you can add its HTML and CSS to selected VIP Online pages. This is an advanced task for someone who can work with HTML and CSS. You need access to VIP Online >> Styling.

In this article you will learn how to add header and footer code and choose where it appears.

Enter the code

  1. Open VIP Online >> Styling and expand Header & footer.
  2. Select Edit header or Edit footer.
  3. In the dialog, enter the relevant HTML and CSS on their respective tabs. Copy the header or footer element and its CSS, rather than an entire website or stylesheet.
  4. Close the dialog. The code remains in the editor until you save the page.

Choose the pages

  1. In Header & footer, select the pages that should show the code: the VIP Portal, VIP Bookers, and/or the Ticket Download Page.
  2. Select Save and read the result. If the code was stored but VIP Online cannot render it, the editor shows a warning with details.
  3. Check each selected page in VIP Online.

Note The editor warns about scripts, relative links and CSS without HTML. Use absolute URLs for linked website resources unless a base URL is explicitly set.
