When generating a Credit Sale in iXpole you are merely creating a 'negative Sale'.
The main objective of generating a Credit Sale is to generate an Invoice in iXpole with a certain value that is considered as a negative Sale, so that your accounting package knows it has to create an Invoice Document of the type 'Credit Note' to correspond with this Invoice.
It is important to understand that a Credit Sale will have no impact on any inventory. The initial Sale will remain as it was, with its Sales lines (Seats, Parking, Catalog, ...) and Invoices.
A Credit Sale is typically used when you have to generate a simple Credit Note, e.g. as a commercial discount or a reimbursement but don't want to release the Seats or Parking in the system
