When it comes to configuring a Contact, there are three main types of action that can be taken: creating the Contact, editing it, or removing it. 


After reading this article, you will know how to perform those 3 actions on any Contact in iXpole.

Creating a Contact

In order to create a Contact, you first need to go the Account linked to this Contact
Then, click on Add, under the Contact Persons tab. 
You can then fill the information related to the Contact


Please note that you can already create a Contact when creating the Account.


Editing a Contact

In order to edit a Contact, go to the Account Record overview first. Once you accessed the Contact you want to edit in this Account, go to the tab you wish to edit and click it. You can now change the information. Make sure to click Save on the bottom right of the page to save your changes.

Removing a Contact

You first need to go to the Contact Record overview of the Contact you want to remove. Then click on Actions >> Remove on the bottom left of the page. A confirmation pop-up asks you if you are sure to do so.
