When you want to modify a Sale, it is important to understand the difference between modifying a Sale that is in Draft and a Sale that is in Final.


After reading this article you will understand to what extent you can make modifications to a Sale with the status 'Draft'.

When a Sale is in 'Draft'  none of the resources have been definitively assigned so basically anything in the Sale can still be modified.


Click on Sales in the left vertical menu, then click on  All >> Draft to search for the sale you want to make modifications to



Identify the specific changes that need to be made to the sale and update the Sales record accordingly.

This typically involves selecting the relevant fields or options and entering the new information or values such as adding or removing items from the order, adjusting prices or discounts or updating payment information. 

Click on Save or Save As Final to register the modifications

Note:
You can only save a Sale as 'Final' if all Invoices have been set up correctly
