Some Catalog Products are only available in limited quantities, per Season or per Calendar Item. How can you make sure iXpole is configured to stop selling when you reach that quantity

  1. Check if the stock management feature is enabled in your system
  2. Mark the Catalog Product as a Product with limited stock
  3. Configure the stock settings

1. Check if the stock management feature is enabled in your system
If you want to start using stock in iXpole, open the Product overview sheet (search the Product you want to open and click on it) and verify if the following checkbox is visible under the General info screen.

If it is not visible, check with support@ixpole.com if it is part of your current pricing plan. If so ask them to make sure it becomes visible. If not, you can upgrade to have this feature be part of your configuration settings. 

2. Mark the Catalog Product as a Product with limited stock

If you check the above-mentioned checkbox, this Product will be identified as a Product that requires stock management. As soon as you Save this setting, a new section will appear in this Product overview sheet:

3. Configure the Stock settings for this Product

This section is the stock Configuring the stock of Catalog Product
Pre Product you can set a Minimum and Maximum order quantity for this specific Product, but you can also decide to configure the stock of this Product per Season and/or per Calendar Item
