Every Calendar Item is unique. This means that you might want to propose different Hospitality Formulas in different  Hospitality Locations, each with different capacities per Calendar Item.  
Before you can put hospitality services (like Hospitality Formulas or Packages) up for sale for a certain Calendar Item you will have to configure these different hospitality services.

In essence you will have to perform or at least verify the iXpole configuration at 3 different levels:

  1. Hospitality related settings (Blue)
  2. Configuration of Hospitality Formulas (Orange)
  3. Configuration of Packages (Green)
