You have the possibility to set up the different types of pre-emption. 

This part is not only informative when looking pre-emption types in an Account record. This is also important when you will set up Ticket Sales Rules so they can apply to a certain Pre-emption Type.

 

First, go to Admin >> Tickets, where you will see the Pre-emption Types screen. 

You can then click on Add to create a new one. You will then be able to choose the name and color of the Pre-emption Type.

You can also click on an existing one edit the name and color.
