So you can check whether the mail has arrived at the contact person.


Here's how you can check this:

1. You go to the Details page of your contact.
 
2. Click in the right on the name of the Contact person.
3. In the Customer contact you need to click on the communication tab form.

4. You get an overview of all sent e-mails and you can check whether the customer has received them, opened them and if necessary clicked on the link.
