With iXpole you can give each contact a different role


Here's how you can do this: 

1. You go to the Details page of your contact.

2. Click in the right on the name of a Contact person


3.In the Customer contact form you can choose the role you want to assign to this contact

With this role your contactperson can see no tickets 
Contract 
With this role your contactperson has only access to tickets of a specific match 
All 
With this role your contactperson can see all the tickets of the whole season
