After having filled in the information about your customer you can add a contact person.

Here's how you do this:

1. You can add a Contact person by pressing the Add button behind Contact persons.

2. The Customer contact form opens where you have to enter as many fields as possible in the general tab.


Title 
Mr or Mrs 
First name 
You need to fill in the first name of the contact person
Last name 
You need to fill in the last name of the contact person 
Birthdate
You need to fill in the birthdate of the contactperson 
Gender
You need to fill in the gender 
Language
You need to fill in the language of the contact person
Phone
You need to fill in the phone number of the contact person
Mobile
You need to fill in the mobile number of the contact person
Email


You need to fill in the e-mail address of the contact person. 
The contact person needs this email address to log in to VIP Online 


Ticket role

You decide who gets access to which tickets and here you can choose between:

  • All: this person can see all the tickets of the season
  • Contract: this person has only access to tickets of a specific match.
Last login
You can check when the contact was last logged in on VIP Online
Function 
You need to fill in the function of the contactperson within the company
Comments
You can fill in additional information about your contact person
Active
If you create a contact person, he is active by default
Default
If you want to make another contact person as default you must tick this
Admin
 

3. In the email setting tab you have to check the different options that apply to send an email


Match Open
If this option is not activated, the user will receive no mail when you open a fixture for download 
Informational 
If this option is not activated, the user will receive no mail that you mark as inforamtional in a campaign 
Commercial 
If this option is not activated, the user will receive no mail that you mark as commercial in a campaign

4. After having filled in all the data you need to click the save button and the created contacts are in the overview
