You can send the tickets via e-mail to your customer

Here's how you do this: 

1. Go to the Tickets tab, choose the right match and enter the name of the customer.

2. Select the ticket(s) that you want to forward to your customer via mail and click on the button.

3.  A drop down menu appears where you can choose "Email".

4. An "Email tickets" screen comes out where "To" and "CC" are
automatically filled in.

5. Add the subject and content and click on the "Send" button.

6. The tickets are now being sent to the customer.
